The Renting Homes (Wales) Act comes into force in just over seven weeks' time. The legislation will bring widespread changes for private landlords and renters in Wales. To help landlords in Wales fully prepare for the new legislation, the NRLA has worked closely with Rent Smart Wales to develop a training course.
