Liverpool licensing scheme: Extension to early bird discount

A new selective licensing scheme came into force in Liverpool on 1st April 2022. All privately rented homes across sixteen wards in the city must have a licence. Landlords can still apply for the early-bird discount, which has been extended until the end of July.
