These level 3 agent and landlord qualifications provide a deep understanding of the sector and full detail of all the obligations required by private rented sector professionals. Qualified individuals help to professionalise your business and help to self-regulate your lettings. These courses provide core points for our accreditation scheme.
Managing Property and Residential Lettings Level 3 Award
This qualification is nationally recognised and comprises of 4 units requiring approximately 110 hours of self-study followed by a multiple choice assessment. You will have 12 months to complete all units.
