What to expect at the event
The day will be hosted by Nick Knowles and he’ll share his insights on home makeovers. You’ll also hear from James Caan about his entrepreneurial journey and the advice he has to make your property journey profitable. Plus there will be opportunities to network with over 1,000 property professionals AND talk to our partners about their exclusive services and offers.

Nick Knowles - Host
Nick started out in the building trade and went on to work as a journalist and producer in the UK, Australia and America. From there he went to the BBC and two shows that defined much of his career: DIY SOS and City Hospital. Nick has gone on to host programmes including National Lottery Who Dares Wins, Last Choir Standing, Holiday Hit Squad, and The One Show.
