Setting up a tenancy and things to consider during coronavirus
This week our advice team helped one of our members with setting up a new tenancy. The landlord hadn't created a new tenancy for a few years, and they wanted to make sure they were doing everything by the book.
Our member is also based in Liverpool, and with the recent Government announcement of a three tier system of alert levels to control the spread of coronavirus, they wanted to clarify whether their property being based in one of the strictest alert areas in the country would affect their ability to enter into a new tenancy. They gave our advice team a call.
Remember, NRLA members can access one to one advice over the phone and online on a wide range of topics relating to tenancies.
