NRLA Landlord Conference: New speakers announced

More speakers have been announced for the NRLA’s Landlord Conference, which will be held on 6 November. 

Entrepreneur and former star of TV show Dragon’s Den James Caan CBE will be the keynote speaker at the conference, giving delegates the opportunity to hear first-hand about his experience in business and property investment journey. 

Hosted by Nick Knowles, presenter of popular shows such as DIY SOS, the one-day event will takes place at the National Exhibition Centre in Birmingham, and will include a packed programme featuring a range of expert speakers who will address delegates on issues including legislation change, financing, property investment advice, and much more.

High-profile industry figures such as Richard Donnell, Executive Director of Zoopla, and Paul Shamplina, TV star and founder of Landlord Action, will also present on the day.

Charlotte Edwards, property investor, mentor, and founder of the hugely popular Accidental Female Developer Instagram channel also joins the line-up. Charlotte will share her own inspirational journey and her top property investment tips.

There will also be the opportunity for delegates to meet other landlords and agents, share experiences, and pick up advice and offers from a vast range of exhibitors who are supporting the event.

The conference welcomes anyone with an interest in private rented housing, from landlords with just one property, to those with larger portfolios, property investors, and letting agency owners and staff.

Tickets for last year’s Landlord Conference sold-out well before the event took place, with the conference currently in the running to win a top industry award.

This year's Landlord Conference will run from 9am to 4.30pm, with tickets priced at £160 for NRLA members and £264 for non-members, including lunch.
