NRLA Research: New member survey launched

Earlier this month we revealed our new-look research pages and fresh approach to our member survey programme, with the first emails sent out to members this week.

The NRLA is surveying members for its new Landlord Eye research report offering in-depth insight into the issues affecting you and your portfolio.

The report, which will be published every quarter, will not only collect data but will focus more heavily on landords' thoughts and opinions, giving a more nuanced view of what is happening in the sector, which will be published anonymously.

Topics covered this quarter include letting to tenants in receipt of Universal Credit, energy efficiency funding and NRLA services.

The new-shorter form survey was launched last week, with further emails landlind this weekend, so check yout inbox to find out more.

Everyone who follows the email link to complete a survey will be entered into a prize draw, with the winner taking home £250 of John Lewis vouchers.

If you would like to participate in this, and future surveys, please ensure your email preferences are set to include our research mailings.
