Landlords in Wales can now hold viewings in occupied properties, providing social distancing is maintained at all times and tenants are not self-isolating or showing symptoms of coronavirus. It comes as the housing market in Wales reopened fully on Monday 27th July, with new guidance issued by the Welsh Government on conducting viewings.
