A pipe has burst. The ceiling has caved in. The house is drenched. You can get a plumber to stop the water and fix the pipe, but the damage has let the house unliveable. You’re going to have to make an insurance claim – but, where to start?

Our assessors will deal with the whole claim on your behalf. Not only does this include negotiating with the insurer directly and managing the restoration works but, we will also organise alternative accommodation for your tenants or loss of rent as part of your claim.

  • Visit the property and scope the damage
    Your dedicated assessor will scope the damage and compile a thorough schedule of works for your insurer.
     
  • Negotiate a fair settlement
    All communications with the insurer, or their representative, will be handled by your Aspray assessor as they reach a fair settlement for your claim.
     
  • Project management reinstatement works
    Using vetted contractors, your Aspray assessor will project manage all reinstatement works, returning your property to its pre-loss condition as swiftly as possible.

What Does it Cost?

There is no charge for the Aspray loss assessing service, proving we can complete the reinstatement work using our vetted contractors. However, any excess stated within the policy will still apply and is payable by you, the policyholder.

If you are a VAT registered company or individual, please be aware you are responsible for paying the VAT of the settlement, however, you can claim this from HMRC on your next VAT return.

Get £100 off your Excess with Aspray
