Renting Homes Wales: landlord information

Introduction

Renting Homes Wales makes a number of significant changes to the way properties are let in Wales.

As part of those changes you, as a landlord or agent, will need to start serving a number of new prescribed forms to ensure the contract-holder has the necessary information about the landlord's name and address.

To help you with these forms, the NRLA is producing guidance that sets out the main requirements and any potential penalties. Where necessary, we also refer you to the clauses in the NRLA contract that relate to these forms so that you can identify them to your contract-holders.
