A key element of the NRLA's dialogue with landlords is through our quarterly consultation programme. In this third quarter, the PRS could be entering a period of immense change following the presentation of the new Renters' Reform Bill to Parliament this week. The prospect of wholesale change to landlord business models and further reform of taxation could have a dramatic effect on the sector.
Our Quarter 3 consultation asks for your early views & opinions on each of these topics, with additional questions covering:

Current confidence in the PRS and your plans for your landlord business.

Buy-to-Let mortgages and your likely next steps in the lending market.

Your views on our own advice line and how we could improve the service still further.
This survey will take 25-30 minutes to complete. We recommend you use a PC, laptop or larger tablet device, rather than a mobile phone.
Our quarterly consultation is our most extensive survey exercise. They form the basis of our campaigns, our policy proposals, and our media work.
