Renters’ Rights Bill: Understanding the impact on Wales’ private rented sector
The Renters’ Rights Bill will primarily affect tenancies in England, but some measures will impact occupation contracts in Wales.
Join us for an in-depth look at the Bill and an overview of how it will impact landlords operating in Wales. We will hear from James Hooker, Head of Private Sector Housing Policy at the Welsh Government, who will provide us with insight on how and when the Renters’ Rights Bill will apply in Wales, and what landlords need to do to prepare.

The webinar for the NRLA 2024 Annual General Meeting. The Chair and Chief Executive will host the session and introduce the two motions to be voted on after a presentation of the progress of the organisation to meet its objectives.
