Regulation change and student lets: Join the debate

Student landlords and HMO landlords are facing a double whammy. The Renters’ Rights Bill will bring significant changes and proposed reforms to the Minimum Energy Efficiency Standards could make compliance even tougher. Mia Rotaru, NRLA public affairs officer, reflects on how these policies risk disrupting the student rental market, potentially reducing supply and driving up costs for student tenants.
