You can easily create occupation contracts, organise and manage property viewings, manage all communications with tenants and ensure you are complying with your legal obligations as part of the Renting Homes (Wales) Act legislation.
The platform also gives you easy access to the NRLA’s award-winning advice services and can be used to track when property safety certificates are due to expire, helping you comply with Fitness for Human Habitation rules introduced the last year in Wales.

How can I sign up?
It’s easy to sign-up and access NRLA Portfolio at any time from the NRLA website – just click on the myPortfolio link on the top right of your screen, or via the services menu, when logged into the site.
Is there a cost?
It is free to use NRLA Portfolio to manage your properties as the costs is included within your membership subscription. Included in this is the option toadvertise on the Homes2Rent property portal, you can also link to the site to advertise using your own channels e.g., social media, and manage interest in your property from prospective tenants.
If you want to advertise your property on one of the commercial property portals, like Rightmove or Zoopla, there will be an additional cost of £27.99 for up to 30 days of advertising. Combined, these two main portals receive over 328m visitors per month and list over 500,000 properties per annum.
