NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle has scooped Gold in the Association Leadership Award category at the national Association Excellence Awards 2023, held in London today. The NRLA was also named runner up in the UK Association of the Year category, picking up silver.

NRLA win on council tax for HMOs
Following campaigning by the NRLA and the HMO Council Tax Reform Group, the Government has confirmed that it will amend legislation to ensure all HMOs will be valued as a single property for council tax purposes. The changes could see renters save up to £1,000 a year.
