NRLA CEO Ben Beadle gave evidence to the Levelling Up Housing and Communities Committee this month, alongside Richard Blakeway, the Housing Ombudsman and Tarun Bhakta of the charity Shelter. During the evidence session, Ben discussed the Renters (Reform) Bill which was published in May, court reform, and changes the NRLA would like to see around proposals for student tenancies.
