Unrealistic Government deadlines for energy efficiency improvements in PRS homes must be pushed back, says the NRLA. The Government wanted to bring in changes as soon as 2025, but has yet to publish results of its consultation two years ago.

Changes to Renting Homes Wales Act announced
Draft legislation that changes the terms of converted contracts and any renewals that replace them has been announced by the Welsh Government. The changes offer clarity on a number of 'grey areas' in the Act.
