Welcome to your training and events guide for April.

The NRLA is at the Property Investor Show on Friday 1st April and Saturday 2nd April. NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle and London rep Richard Blanco will be delivering presentations at the event, which returns to the ExCel Centre in London. Read more.

Our eClassroom courses are live, remote courses delivered via video by our expert trainers.

National webinars

Tenancy Clinic: Wednesday 6th April (Afternoon and evening sessions)

Possession and rent arrears in 2022, injunctions and helping landlords with problem tenants as well as the how to list your property without an estate agent. Housing issues and cultural awareness for Afghan resettlement programme from the International Office of Migration: Wednesday 13th April 2022 at 1pm

Join migration and resettlement experts, the International Organization for Migration (IOM) to highlight the experiences of people on the Afghan resettlement scheme who are looking to resettle in the UK Private Rented Sector.

Find out about Afghan experiences of the private rented sector, housing and any support needs they may have.  This would be an ideal webinar for any landlords looking to support Afghan nationals in the resettlement scheme.

The IOM is a United Nations agency that provides services and advice concerning migration to governments and migrants, including internally displaced persons, refugees, and migrant workers. Register here.
