The NRLA has joined forces with prop-tech firm Viewber, which creates virtual viewings, inspections and tours for landlords, investors and letting agents.
The collaboration means NRLA members will benefit from discounts on Viewber services.
Viewber allows landlords to:
- Host inspections, irrespective of their location
- Livestream viewings for letting agents and potential tenants
- Provide 360 degree tours of their property using Viewber
It can also provide marketing materials such as brochures.
Ed Mead, Co-Founder of Viewber, said: “Our national services are increasingly bringing much easier management of property, both blocks and pepper-potted portfolios, to hundreds of landlords already. NRLA’s professional landlords are an obvious fit and we look forward to working with an ever more professionalised sector backed by an association genuinely looking to offer their members better value.”
Ben Beadle, Chief Executive of the National Residential Landlords Association, said: “With the pandemic forcing many private landlords to reconsider how they oversee their portfolios, our association with Viewber will ensure our members will be able to think more creatively about how they manage their properties. This latest partnership provides our members with a convenient, easily accessible new service which will give them significantly more flexibility in future.”
