- 6.40pm: James Wood (Senior Policy Officer NRLA) - Breathing space debt moratoriumsAs of 4 May 2021, tenants in unsustainable debt can apply for a ‘breathing space debt moratorium'. While a breathing space is ongoing landlords cannot seek to recover the debt and must pause any enforcement activity relating to it, such as possession hearings or bailiff appointments.Join James Wood to find out how a breathing space works, how landlords can comply with this new legislation, and what it means for landlords of tenants in arrears.

NRLA London Regional Webinar: Short Term Accommodation

The short-term accommodation sector has had a difficult year. Tourism has stalled and travel by international students and the corporate sector - so crucial to the London economy - has reduced substantially. But as Covid restrictions are eased, summer staycations are coming into focus, boosting demand for Airbnb style lets in the capital.
