Welcome to your training and events guide for April. With face to face events still on hold, there are still plenty of ways you can engage with the NRLA at both a national and local level virtually, as well as platforms to learn and network with other landlords. Here's all you need to know about what is coming up this April.
In addition to our comprehensive eLearning offering we have a wide selection of eClassroom courses to choose from throughout April, along with a packed regional and national webinar programme.
eClassroom courses
Our eClassroom courses are live, remote courses delivered via video by our expert trainers. Delegates can see the trainer and fellow students and interact via audio or the chat box. Course materials will be emailed prior to the day and regular breaks provided throughout.
We are running eClassroom events in April on everything from Property Standards and Safety to Landlords Fundamentals and Landlords Update, a course that provides an update on the legal changes on the horizon. For more information on courses and dates, and to book click here.

From 4 May 2021, new rules will come into force giving tenants a 'break' from debt.

Join James Wood, NRLA Senior Policy Officer to solidify your knowledge on this topic and probably burst a few myths you might have heard or read about it on various websites!
After James’s presentation & the latest legislative update delivered by your local representatives, we will be taking live questions.
