Kitty Ellison, head of training and events for the NRLA said: “Since the start of the pandemic we have been moving courses online and adapting them to be delivered in a virtual environment.
“The course content remains the same and delegates are still able to interact with the trainer during virtual classroom sessions.
“The feedback from delegates has been overwhelmingly positive and we are now investing in new software to further improve the service.”
In all the NRLA will be running 14 virtual classroom courses in January and extra dates will be announced throughout 2021.
The association will also keep members informed regarding the reintroduction of classroom courses once current restrictions are eased.
