Possession Reform

Section 21 is widely used in the industry as means to gain possession of a property efficiently. However, it is set to be abolished in England with the introduction of the Renters’ Reform Bill.

Landlords will instead need to rely on Section 8, which many agree needs to be reformed. In this one-hour webinar, founder of Landlord Law, Tessa Shepperson discusses what this means for the rental sector and how landlords can prepare.

NRLA Webinar - Green Home Grants,

Wednesday October 7th

Homeowners including landlords in England can apply for a voucher towards the cost of installing energy efficient and low-carbon heating improvements to their homes. With higher energy performance targets coming for the private rented, this is a unique opportunity to access government grants to do the energy efficiency works to your property.

Join NRLA's Gavin Dick and Tim Thomas as they talk you through the proposed plans.

Please submit questions in advance to [email protected] by 9am on Monday 5th October. A selection will be chosen to be put to the panellists.
