Have your say in our latest landlords’ survey

As the year draws to a close we are carrying out our final member's survey of 2024, allowing you to have your say on everything from the autumn budget to the latest ombudsman plans.

With the Renters' Rights Bill proceeding through Parliament, the NRLA is focused on presenting the views of as many landlord members as possible to decisionmakers, with answers submitted as part of our Quarter Four consultation used to inform our policy work going forward.

We are asking for your views and opinions on:

  • Your current confidence in the private rented sector
  • how your plans for your landlord business may have changed following the Budget.
  • How you deal with tenant complaints
  • Your views on an Ombudsman service.

There is a short section dedicated to NRLA members who let residential property in Wales.

This survey will take 25-30 minutes to complete, and we recommend you use a PC, laptop or larger tablet device, rather than a mobile phone.
