Landlords needed for Pathfinder study
Landlords in four parts of England are being asked to take part in research evaluating the impact of the Government’s PRS Pathfinder programme.
Pathfinder was funded by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG) to improve the identification and enforcement of PRS housing standards and improve compliance and, ultimately standards in the sector.
It was led by local authorities, who interviewed landlords and agents to assess their knowldge when it came to obligations regarding electrical hazards, excess cold or heat, damp and mould and carbon monoxide levels.
Researchers from Sheffield Hallam University are now looking for landlord volunteers from Greater Manchester, Liverpool, Westmorland and Furness and Cornwall to interview about their awareness of the programme.
Each interview will take no more than an hour, with those taking part receiveing a £50 Love2Shop voucher.
