With Christmas now just around the corner, the NRLA is getting into the festive spirit, offering you the chance to win a selection of great prizes each day next week.
As a thank you to our 110,000 members we will be offering prizes from conference tickets to training courses to help support you on your landlord journey.

The prizes – and how to enter
Day 1 | Monday 16 December: We start with a bang with the chance to win a new Apple i-pad
To enter: Members need to register for a free Safe2 account to enter the draw. Part of the NRLA family, Safe2 is the UK’s leading provider of property safety certificates. By registering for a free account, you’ll have access to our user-friendly compliance platform where you can track, order and automate your property’s safety certificates. If you have an existing Safe2 account you should simply log into the dashboard and you will be automatically entered
Day 2 | Tuesday 17 December: Enter to win tickets to the NRLA Landlord Conference 2025
To enter: Check our social media platforms and fill in the online form for a chance to win, with two pairs of tickets up for grabs. Our 2024 conference was another sell out event, with next years set to be bigger and better than ever.
Day 3 | Wednesday 18 December: Win a free 12-month NLRA membership
To enter: Visit our social media channels and like the Day 3 post, tag a friend and share to your stories, for a chance to win, with five winners to be chosen at random. Join our landlord community and benefit from our sector-leading resources.
Day 4 | Thursday 19 December: Win a free Renters’ Rights training course worth £90
To enter: Visit our social media platforms and simply like and comment on the Day 4 post. The course, which will launch in February, offers a thorough understanding of the key provisions in the Renters' Rights Bill and its direct impact on landlords and tenants.
Day 5 | Friday 20 December: To end the week we have a £100 Amazon gift card up for grabs
To enter: It’s the last day of our five days of giveaways and today we’ve a £100 Amazon gift card up for grabs. As an NRLA member or guest member you can enter the draw by simply opting in to receive text messages from the association, by updating preferences on your NRLA account.
