Back to school with the NRLA

As schools open up again this September the award-winning NRLA Training Academy is launching its own back to school offer of 20% off training courses.

Landlords who want to take advantage of the September discount can opt to join in-person classroom courses or take advantage of the association’s eLearning and eClassroom options, allowing you to join courses from the comfort of your own home.

From core landlord and agent training to courses on safety and standards, tax and finance and property investment, the NRLA has something to suit you, with more than 40 courses on offer.

The academy has enjoyed a bumper year so far, picking up the Best Property Education Provider title at the Property Reporter Awards and offering a range of new courses from retrofit to dealing with antisocial behaviour. It's also in the final of this year's Landlord Investment Show Awards, with winners to be announced later in the year.

Training 10,500 landlords last year, the academy also offers Continuing Professional Development points for completing courses, which can be used to become accredited with the NRLA.

The back-to-school offer is available on all courses booked in September with the exception of in-house local authority or region-specific courses.

Senior Training manager Alex Nolan said: “As the new academic year begins there’s no better time for landlords and agents to think about their own training needs. With a huge variety of course on offer on all aspects of lettings we would encourage landlords to take advantage of our September offer and sign up today.”
