Andy Burnham confirmed as main speaker for NRLA conference
The NRLA is delighted to announce that Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester, will deliver the keynote speech at the forthcoming NRLA Annual Conference on 6th November 2024. The conference, to be held at the NEC Birmingham, will bring together landlords, property professionals, and policymakers to discuss the future of the private rented sector.
Andy Burnham will address the conference to speak about the following topics:
- his work on the Greater Manchester Good Landlord Charter and how it exemplifies the way that the public sector can work with industry to improve standards and outcomes.
- the role that regional/metro mayors play in tacking the housing crisis.
- the importance of the PRS in meeting housing needs.
