Hi
We have a tenant who we allowed his daughter (mid 20s) to move in with him following the split of a relationship. The tenant has now decided to move in with a partner and the daughter wishes to stay on in the property. How are we best to go about this in regard to tenant surrendering tenancy, checks etc on daughter, issuing new tenancy, would the EICR need to be repeated? What would happen with the tenants deposit?
