Monday 16th December
Day 1 – Win an Apple 10.9" iPad – 64GB, Silver.
1. Introduction – By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The competition is organised by the NRLA. The prize is a silver Apple 10.9" iPad – 64GB, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility – The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. To enter, participants must:
a. Be a member of the NRLA.
b. Have a Safe2 customer account.
3. How to enter – To enter the competition you must:
a. Complete your NRLA membership registration and ensure that your membership is active during the competition period.
b. Sign up for a Safe2 account by 11.59pm on 22.12.24. If you are an existing Safe account customer, you must log in to the Safe2 dashboard by midnight on 22.12.24 to be automatically entered into the prize draw.
Only fully completed and verified membership and account registrations will be considered valid entries.
Multiple entries per person are not permitted. A participant may only enter the competition once.
4. Competition period – The competition will run from 16.12.24 - 22.12.24. All entries must be received by the NRLA no later than 11.59pm on 22.12.24.
5. Prize – The prize consists of one (1) silver Apple 10.9" iPad – 64GB. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives. The NRLA reserves the right to substitute the prize with an alternative of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
6. Winner selection and notification – The winner will be selected randomly from all valid entries during the competition period. The winner will be notified by email within 14 days of the competition closing date. If the winner does not respond to the notification email within 7 days, the NRLA reserves the right to select an alternative winner. The winner’s name will be announced on the NRLA website and/or via NRLA’s social media channels, unless the winner opts out of this.
7. Data protection – By entering the competition, participants agree to the collection and use of their personal data as described in the organiser’s Privacy Policy. Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition, including notifying the winner and delivering the prize. Participants may opt-out of future communications from the NRLA OR Safe2 after the competition ends.
8. General terms – The NRLA’s decision is final and binding in all matters relating to the competition. The NRLA reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions, engages in fraudulent activities, or tampers with the entry process. Day 2 – Win a pair of tickets to the NRLA's 2025 Landlord Conference.
1. Introduction – By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The competition is organised by the NRLA. The prize is two pairs of tickets to the NRLA's 2025 Landlord Conference (1 pair of tickets per winner. 2 winners in total).
2. Eligibility – The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Day 3 - WIN a free 12-month NRLA membership, or the cost of your membership reimbursed.
1. Introduction – By entering this competition, you agree to the following terms and conditions. The competition is organised by the NRLA. The prize is five (5) free 12-month NRLA membership subscriptions, or reimbursement of the membership fee for existing members, subject to the conditions below.
2. Eligibility – The competition is open to legal residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry. To enter, participants must be following either the NRLA’s Facebook or Instagram (@nrla_news) account.
3. How to enter – To enter the competition you must:
