Linda has been a consistent member of the Government working party on the new Decent and Safe Home Standards and brings this expertise to NRLA On Tour to share exactly what these changes will mean for landlords. DASH Services is a Private Rented Sector service for Local Authorities, Landlords & Tenants and is hosted by Derby City Council on behalf of numerous Council across England. Linda has taken DASH from a small accreditation scheme operating in the East Midlands, to one with over 2,100 members which is now open to Local Authorities across England and has recently received an OBE for Services to Housing.
