The Renters’ Rights Bill will primarily affect tenancies in England, but some measures will impact occupation contracts in Wales. Join us to consider the Bill’s key features, what their likely impact is and what landlords operating in Wales need to know about the changes ahead.

The Renters’ Rights Bill aims to “transform the experience of private renting” and will, when implemented, primarily affect tenancies in England. But some changes will apply to Wales too.

Join us for an in-depth look at the Bill and an overview of how it will impact landlords operating in Wales. We will hear from James Hooker, Head of Private Sector Housing Policy at the Welsh Government, who will provide us with insight on how and when the Renters’ Rights Bill will apply in Wales, and what landlords need to do to prepare.

This webinar will offer invaluable insights into the upcoming reforms, including how they will be implemented and their potential impact on landlords and the wider housing market. We will also update members on what we are doing to advocate for landlords during this time.

This webinar will equip you with an understanding of the changes ahead and how to navigate them. Please submit any questions you may have for the Q&A session of the webinar by emailing the Campaigns and Public Affairs Team at [email protected].
