Event description

An opportunity to meet fellow landlords, Local Council officers and property professionals. This event is open to all and free to attend.

5.30pm Arrival and registration  

6.00pm Welcome & Introductions – Cllr Cole SDC 

6.15pm Kent Fire and Rescue Service – schemes available to landlords and tenants relating to fire safety in the home. 

6.30 pm Change Grow Live – support and assistance available to individuals with substance misuse 

6:45pm – Break / Buffet - networking 

7.15pm – NRLA (Marion Money and James Gladwin) – the Renters Rights Bill and updates to legislation. 

7:45pm – Closing Comments  - Cllr Cole SDC 

8.00pm  Event Closes.

 

There is free parking at the rear of the venue. As this event is catered for please ensure you update your dietary requirements.
