Keep up to date with tlocal news ans the latest landlord legislation on a national scale with the NRLA's legislative updates.

This meeting will open at 13.30pm as tea and coffee will be served before the meeting giving time to network with like minded people. The meeting will commence at 2pm.

Welcome and introductions by Sue Bryer, NRLA Rep and Louise Crane Principal Environmental Health Officer, for Arun  Council.

1.James McHugh and Sasha Hawkins

Richard Tomkinson Group Head of Housing, Wellbeing & Communities, Jayne Knight Housing Options Manager and James McHugh from Campbell Tickell, will present on the Council’s proposed new Housing Strategy and the public consultation that will be taking place.

2.Arun District Council update:

Louise Crane will up date local landlords on the implementation of the local HMO Additional licensing Scheme

3. Sue Bryer NRLA local Rep 

Sue will provide legislative updates for landlords on key areas and review where we are now with the Renters Reform Bill
