HMO Licensing update

Neil Haycock will be providing an overview on Thurrock Council’s proposal to extend their Additional HMO Licensing Scheme for a further 5 years and to encompass the whole borough. They are encouraging feedback on the proposals from interested parties.

Tim Rickard - Station Manager Fire Protection - from Fire Service

Landlord fire safety

Station Manager Tim Rickard from Essex County Fire and Rescue Service will be discussing all relevant fire regulations that apply to letting properties today.
 
Tim Rickard has been a firefighter for over fifteen years,  currently, he works with Businesses across Essex to promote fire safety and ensure they are meeting their statutory duties.    

Parking for Civic offices parking is street parking on meter for 1 hour to cover until 6pm after which parking is free

This is a free event for members and non-members alike.
