Welcome and introductions by Sue Bryer, NRLA Representative and Chris Modder, Private Sector housing Manager for Crawley Borough Council.

James will be presenting on 'Safe2' and 'Portfolio' which are two new initiaves and platforms to support landlords regarding compliance and mangaing their portfolios.

2.Chris Modder - Chris will speak on Damp and Mould -how to beat the landlords enemy! and potential changes to the HHSRS

3. Sue Bryer NRLA local Rep 

Sue will provide legislative updates for landlords on key areas.

4. Time allowing open forum
