Development finance

One of the most challenging aspects of beginning or growing a property portfolio is finance. What if the property is for sale in an auction? What if it’s currently completely uninhabitable? What if it’s still a shop, office, library, pub and you want to convert it? What if it’s just a plot of land and you want to build from scratch?

Do you know what you need to know to get these kinds of projects financed and off the ground?
