With the Renters (Reform) Bill’s second reading expected in the autumn, the NRLA’s Campaigns and Public Affairs Team will take a detailed look at the likely impact of the Bill and outline what we are doing to ensure it does not undermine confidence in the sector.

Amongst other things, the Bill will change the way in which student landlords operate. We will look at the implications and discuss the approach we have taken to influence amendments to the Bill.

Please submit any questions you may have for the Q&A session of the webinar by emailing the Campaigns and Public Affairs Team at [email protected]. You may wish to check our FAQs before doing so:  https://www.nrla.org.uk/resources/renters-reform/renters-reform-faq.
