ABOUT US

Ian Senior bought his first investment property in 1988 and has been a landlord for 35 years. He has built up a portfolio in single lets, HMOs (house of multiple occupation), and developments giving him a lot of experience and expertise in the property investment and rental industry. His background in the public sector and commitment to providing excellent service and helping others have been a real asset to the business.

As Ian's Dad, he is extremely proud to be working with his son to expand the business. He believes family businesses can be a great way to build strong relationships and create a shared vision for success.

Ian Junior has had a diverse career path that has taken him from a serving firefighter where he joined Essex Fire & Rescue Service in 2003 and served for 8 years, to starting his own removal and storage company which became the top-rated company in the UK for customer service and satisfaction.

Alongside this, he has been investing in property since the early 1990s and alongside his Dad has developed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the property industry.

Like his Dad, Ian’s experience as a trained public speaker, trainer, and mentor in all things property has allowed him to share his knowledge and help others succeed with their journey in property.
