17:30 – Open for registrations, refreshments, and networking in the Exhibition Room (supplier stands open)
18.00 – Welcome and opening remarks (Sandra Towers, NRLA, Senior Midlands Representative)
18:05 – Political Update (Ben Beadle, CEO NRLA)
18.25 – Preventing Damp & Mould in Rentals (Nick Hodgetts – Glixtone Brand Director)
18.45- Supplier Demonstrations in Exhibition Room (An opportunity for landlords and investors to visit supplier stands, see short demonstrations, and discuss services informally. Suppliers who have not presented in the main theatre room will be available to talk to but will also offer brief demonstrations during this session for a really engaging look at fundamental services that landlords may find beneficial to take a closer look at. )

Parking: there is limited parking to the rear of the hotel. However, there is ample alternative nearby parking (street parking £1-£2 for 3hrs and free after 18.00 or NCP, East St, Leicester LE1 6NB). The hotel is also a short walk from the train station.
