Background

The course provides a detailed overview of England's housing finance. Throughout the course, you will explore various features of this, including the Affordable Homes Programme and the shift towards an "affordable rent" models. This interactive course highlights the roles of local authorities, housing associations, and the private sector, emphasising efforts to increase affordable housing availability and accessibility for low-income families. 

Upon successfully passing the course and end-of-course assessment, you will qualify for 1 CPD point automatically recorded in your accreditation record. Successful completion of the assessment may be required for various licensing schemes. Please consult your local authority for clarification.
