Background

The housing policy process in England comprises several components. Over time, these policies have evolved to adapt to changing sector needs and economic conditions, including significant government intervention following major events. This course aims to provide a greater understanding of policy in the social housing sector in England. In this interactive course, you will explore all the key areas to provide insight into social housing policy further expanding confidence and knowledge in the housing field. 

Upon successfully passing the course and end-of-course assessment, you will qualify for 1 CPD point automatically recorded in your accreditation record. Successful completion of the assessment may be required for various licensing schemes. Please consult your local authority for clarification.
