What’s the difference between a partner and a recognised supplier?

The NRLA has carved out close working relationships with a number of industry partners, offering products and services crucial to landlords’ management needs. Each partner has been selected for its excellent track record for customer service and delivery, and undergoes stringent checks before coming on board. These companies then work closely with our dedicated in-house partnerships team to offer exclusive discounts, preferential rates and other perks for NRLA members.

Our recognised suppliers also undergo financial checks and an extensive referencing process before being brought on board. Our recognised suppliers are chosen for their solid track record in terms of customer service and the quality of their products, but operate at arms’ length from the company, developing their own deals independently of the organisation.

What about third-party advertisers?

Advertisers can pay to have their services advertised by the association, either on the NRLA website, by email, in our electronic newsletters or our members’ magazine. These organisations are not affiliated to the organisation in any way, but have products that they want to promote to a landlord audience.
