Each quarter we email members with invitations to participate in our quarterly consultation. For those who missed their invite, or do not subscribe to our mailings, this is another opportunity for landlords to take part. These are in-depth consultations, which are essential to the organisation in developing our lobbying stance, providing evidence to government and the media, as well as developing our services.

Each quarter we select different topics that affect your business, with the focus this quarter on tenancies, possession notices and the Leasehold and Freehold Reform Act which passed on the last day of Parliament:

• Has the threat of regulation change changed your approach to the issuing of possession notices?
• How important is a property's EPC rating when deciding whether or not to buy it? 
• In Wales: will Land Transaction Tax proposals be good for the PRS?
• Do you think you will still be a landlord by the end of 2025?

This consultation will take 25-30 minutes to complete. We recommend you use a PC, laptop or larger tablet device, rather than a mobile phone. 

All participants in our quarterly surveys are entered into a prize draw with £250 of John Lewis vouchers for one lucky winner.
