NRLA Research: Have your say on the Renters' Rights Bill

The new Renters’ Rights Bill promises seismic change across the private rented sector (PRS), and the NRLA wants to hear more about the potential impact of proposed new legislation on you and your business.

The abolition of Section 21 and the end of the fixed term are among major changes to the way the sector will operate set out in the Bill, which was published last week.

It will get its second reading in the House of Commons on October 9 and we will be lobbying Government to ensure the voices of landlords are heard.

We believe it is essential landlords are given reasonable time to prepare before the proposals become law, and information provided in our latest quarterly survey will help shape our campaigns work.

We will be asking for your initial thoughts on proposals and the impact they will have on your plans for your portfolio going forward.

We also want to hear how you feel the NRLA can tailor its offer to best support you through the challening times ahead.
