New research programme to get landlords' voices heard
Landlords’ experiences will take centre stage as the NRLA reveals a fresh approach to its annual research programme.
Underpinning new, shorter-form surveys, will be in-depth analysis of members' experiences and opinions in a new NRLA report, Landlord Eye.
The quarterly digital report will be topic-based and moves away from purely statistic-based reports, making sure members' voices are given more prominence and giving a more nuanced picture of the sector.
What will the new surveys look like?
Our new programme of consultations will focus on posing a handful of key questions to you, our members, to develop a comprehensive picture of attitudes to a range of industry issues over time.
The news comes as we have unveiled our new-look research pages, offering even more detailed and accessible information on the state of the private rented sector (PRS).
We will begin the new programme at the end of January by asking you about your experiences of the benefit system, as well as looking at the NRLA’s partner services and how you access them.
We will continue our more in-depth survey programme with Pegasus Insight, with these surveys sent out to members at the end of each quarter.
if you would like to participate in our surveys, please ensure you email preferences include our research mailings.
