Members are front and centre of all we do at the NRLA and the 2023 Customer Satisfaction Survey gives you the chance to tell us how you think we are performing.
Are you satisfied with the advice you receive when you call us?
Do we send enough information to you?
Do you take advantage of the discounts our partners offer members?
Is it easy to get the information you need from our website?
Your feedback on all these questions will inform how we develop the organisation and member offer going forwards, as well as our campaigns work.
We have had a great response to previous surveys and to encourage as many members as possible to get involved all those who participate will be entered into a draw for one of five £100 Amazon gift vouchers.
