Welcome home: NRLA rebrand to go live

NRLA Chief Executive Ben Beadle introduces the new-look NRLA as we head towards a new age for the PRS landlord.

Change is afoot here at the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA), with a bold new look to be unveiled on Monday.

Following extensive consultation with you, our members, we are introducing fresh new branding alongside improvements to our website to make it easier for you to access the information you need, when you need it.

Since its inception four years ago the NRLA brand has been synonymous with trusted information and advice, quality training and robust campaigning – and has a bursting awards cabinet to provide it.

None of this will change, but, as membership looks to exceed the 110,000 mark, we wanted to create a modern new look to reflect our dynamic and innovative organisation and our commitment to our members.

New services now on offer include the recent addition of property certification provider Safe2 to the NRLA family, and the development of the Portfolio property management system, with plenty more to come.

Our new strapline: ‘Championing a responsible private rented sector’ sums up our attitude to the PRS as a positive space where responsible landlords and tenants can thrive – as well as our dedication to promoting that message to Government and the wider public.

What can I expect to see?

Those who visit the site from Monday will see a sleek new homepage in our new corporate colours, with improved search function complemented by a streamlined navigation system to help you find what you’re looking for more easily.

Our invaluable resources, including essential documents and guidance can now be found in the Advice & Guidance section, with campaigns work under Policy & Research and details of our trusted industry partners and recognised suppliers located in the Our Partners area.

A trusted voice

Since the association came into being in 2020 membership has surged by more than a third and continues to grow week on week.

We’re extremely proud of this growth and, as our ranks swell, we are keen to build on this success to develop a contemporary identity which reflects the modern landlord and will help us engage with politicians and journalists.

As we look ahead to the launch on Monday rest assured that, while the look may have changed, our commitment to you and your business has not, not least with major legislation change on the horizon in the shape of the Renters’ Rights Bill.

Our mission to advise, represent, protect and inform as a trusted industry voice remains as strong as ever and, as we prepare for the challenges ahead, you can be confident the NRLA will be right by your side as we head towards the PRS of the future – and championing the important role it plays
