Are you Renting Homes Wales ready? This legislative overhaul becomes lawful next month, creating an entirely new legal framework for landlords and tenants, so what are your next steps to ensure you are on track and compliant? Sandra Towers, North Wales NRLA Representative, will take you through a timeline of what to do and when and Simon White, Head of Housing Strategy, Welsh Government, will be joining us to answer your questions.

This is a free event for all – both members and non-members of the NRLA.
However you must enrol in advance and you need to sign up/register by 5.30pm on 17th November 2022. This is to ensure that the NRLA can email attendees with the link to the forum.
