What cover is available with Landlord Insurance?

• Damage to your buildings and landlords contents. Cover includes subsidence as standard and Accidental Damage cover can be added if required.
• Property Owners Liability is included which protects you against your legal liability for bodily injury to third parties and damage to their property, including obstruction, trespass, nuisance, interference, wrongful arrest and eviction.
• Property Owners Legal Protection is available which provides protection for legal costs and expenses arising from specified civil and criminal incidents in connection with your business.
